Hey Guys, can someone tell me what powerbreathe I should be choosing if I was training to a program like BUDS. Its a choice between the fitness or the sports perfomance and im not too sure which one to purchase. Im thinking the sports performance one because the amount of training involved.

If someone could help that would be cool

Stu

Are you referring to the PowerLung? If so, get the most expensive one... I think it's the Sport model? Search the forums for PowerLung to find the other topics on it - there are good prices and places to buy them listed there.

Its like the Powerlung but its a different shape, the website is http://www.powerbreathe.com/homep.html

Ive been reading about the power lung in some of the forums and somebody said you can turn the level up to make it harder, do you feel the difference when you turn the level up?

The settings range from 1 to 6. I use mine on around a 3 usually. I would like to shake the hand of the man who can inhale and exhale regularly on the highest setting. So, yes, you feel the difference, and you won't outgrow it.

I agree with James..."I would like to shake the hand of the man who can inhale and exhale regularly on the highest setting."

I use mine on 3 also, and I notice it has helped my exhale power a lot, and on my runs my breathing all together is easier.
