I must say, I am impressed. These boots really help push you along on your runs. I took them immediately out for a 1 mile run, and I nearly chopped 2 min. off.

On a side note, does anybody know the correct way to lace your boots?

You chopped 2 min. off your time with sneakers? Or with other boots?

Like I say... my Bates are my NIKES lol... they are the most comfortable thing I own... they are a bit heavier than my Aesics running shoes and do slow me down just a tad bit.. but they are far more supportive.. hooyah..!
