I appologize for the long title.

A retired SEAL Motivator has come out with his BUD/S and SEAL manual for those who are interested in this path. For a better explaination of the book's nature and author's background please check it out at:

http://www.navysealchallenge.com

I have just purchased this book and haven't really gone through it yet. But from the table of content, this book is more like "How to get Selected for Special Force" by Major Joe Martin than Stew Smith's 12 weeker. Mr. Kelm has also helped a few members over at getfitnow.com.

Just thought you guys might want to know! Smiler

Anyone read the "Get selected for SF?" Could it apply to Seals or is it more on what to focus for Rangers/Green Barrets?

I have a copy of that too. I substitue the Ranger and SF creed with SEAL etho posted on this site a while ago. There are tips in the SF book about breaking-in boots, boots care and other helpful tips. It touches on both physical and mental aspects. Plus, all the proceeds goes to Warrior Foundation for the scholarship fund of fallen warriors. So it's worthy in my opinion.
