Hey guys,
Found a new website that has some pretty nice workouts. Thought you all might be interested. From what I have seen and tried so far, its Crossfit on steroids... I've been playing with it and it seems to definatley work, at least for me it does. Lately, I've been doing the warning order mon/wed/fri to keep up with pushups and whatnot, and been working on this 5 days a week... its a fun time!
